This was cute and fun. The illustrations are nice and the rhythm of the book is easy enough to find. The plot is pretty clear and it is well paced, this is probably one of the better books in the series. Though at the same time, the series is fairly repetitive in a way. There are a number of great pirate books for kids of all ages, so you’re sure to find something that your little ones will enjoy.

This book came into our household as a birthday gift for one of my children. It has since become a firm favourite. Elastic is mentioned in the story a number of times. Can you plan and carry out an experiment to test the strength / elasticity of different pieces of elastic? I'm sure preschoolers will find this hilarious though they may not understand all of the word play.I had a variety of jobs, including secretary, trainee buyer at Harrods, dental nurse, production assistant in a reprographic and printing company and various others. Story sequencing is perfect for building important early learning skills with your preschool and kindergarten kiddos. Could you make a new book in the ‘Underpants’ series? What else might love underpants? Could you write a rhyming story about them?

Make a story map showing the places mentioned in the story and labelled to show the things that happened there. I began to write after joining a creative writing class.
